Welcome aboard Boat Crew Co. We work hard to get your gear from our docks to your deck—quickly and reliably. Here’s how shipping works.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
  • Many items are made to order, so you may notice a short lead time before tracking is available. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Options

  • We offer flat-rate shipping across the U.S.
  • Expedited options are available at checkout for an additional cost.

Domestic Shipping

  • Standard delivery: 3–5 business days once shipped.
  • Carriers: primarily USPS and UPS. Carrier selection depends on your location and the size of your order.
  • Please note: delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S.
  • Typical delivery window is 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.
  • Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country.

Tracking Your Order

  • As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
  • You can follow your package via the carrier’s website.

Delays & Exceptions

  • Weather, carrier backlogs, or customs inspections may cause delays beyond our control.
  • If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international), contact us at Support@BoatCrewCo.com so we can help.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Boat Crew Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • If this happens, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier directly.
  • We’ll do our best to assist, but replacements are not guaranteed.
