Refund policy
At Boat Crew Co., we stand by the quality of every piece we send from our docks. If something’s not right with your order, we’ll help set it straight.
Return Eligibility
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
- To qualify, products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
- Because many items are made to order, returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
How to Start a Return
- Email Support@BoatCrewCo.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll review your request and provide next steps or a return shipping address if applicable.
- Do not send items back without authorization—this may delay processing.
Exchanges
- If you received the wrong size or item, we’ll replace it as soon as possible once the return is approved.
- Inventory may vary by style and size, so in some cases we may issue a refund instead.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund after it’s issued.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged or not as described, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return unless defective.
